Warehouse Services

  • We have 60,000 square feet of warehouse space currently in use.

  • Trans-loading Services –
    We provide trans-loading of freight for several of our clients.

  • Shipment Verification –
    Our warehouse personnel are trained to verify the merchandise received or being shipped against packing lists, invoices, airway bills and bills of lading.

  • Storage Services –
    We currently store merchandise and manage inventories both domestic and bonded for several of our clients.

  • We provide our clients with up-to-date inventory of their merchandise upon request. We conduct cycle counts for all of our clients currently storing merchandise in our facility.

  • All receipts and dispatches of merchandise are documented and reported to our clients and photos are taken upon receipt and dispatch of freight.

Process Overview

  • G4 receives an e-mail from the makila notifying us there is material for pick up

  • G4 dispatches manpower to the customer to begin dismantling, damage & separation of material

  • Material goes to processing/sorting area

  • Serial #, RID #, and Model Number are captured (Reporting sent to customer upon completion of individual order)

  • Material is weighed and verified by both the customer and G4 employees/ Packing slip is created

  • G4 shipping team along with Blanco Brokers then create the American customs documents

  • Material is then loaded for shipping damaged and un usable into a trailer provided by G4

  • Material is removed from customers facility via G4 trucking company (Timeline at clients request)

  • Order received at G4 Dock (Receiving Report available to customer)

  • The material is then shipped to the proper recycling center

  • Once scanned in, STBs immediately are sent to one of three quad-shaft shredders (Q55, Q85, and Q140)

  • Commodities are then separated and sent for further processing (steel, aluminum, plastic, and circuit board

  • COD’s available upon customer request
